We are currently only considering applications for vendors from our 2024 membership, this includes vendors that were on our waitlist for 2024.

Every vendor is required to submit a NEW application and documents for the 2025 market season. Vendor portals are not available until an application is submitted and approved by the approvals board.

However, please understand that the approvals board is not processing applications from NEW-TO-THE-MARKET vendors at this time, as our vendor list is full. A call-out for vendors will be posted when applications open for the general public.

As a true farmers market adhering to our bylaws, market rules, and vendor ratios, we are unable to accept applications for most artisan items at this moment.

PLEASE NOTE:

Pets are not permitted in the market space during market hours 8:30am until noon, please do not leave your pet in a hot car, either leave them at home or have someone sit with them in our pet friendly shaded grass area.

The Qualicum Beach Farmers Market is proud to boast many dedicated, year-round vendors, some of whom have been attending the QBFM for 5, 10, 15, or even 20 years!

We are blessed to have some of the best organic and conventional farmers on Vancouver Island attend the Market. All of our vendors must adhere to our “Make it, Bake it, Grow it” policy ensuring that at least 70 percent of the final product is value added by the vendor. Of the utmost importance to us is that our customers interact directly with their farmers and food producers! You won’t find any resellers here! If they are at the market, they helped make it! Many of our food producers strive to use only local ingredients so you can be sure your food is as fresh as possible and hasn’t arrived via long supply chains!

Our talented crafters and artisans also add at least 70 percent of the value to their products and are always there to answer any questions you may have about their craft. Please browse through our comprehensive directory and come out on a Saturday to our Veterans’ Way location which provides a safe, accessible and ample gathering place for friends, families and visitors to select from the vendors’ wide array of products.
